Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated May 24, 2007 and the Board of Directors resolution dated August 2, 2007 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National Securities, as follows:
On November 16, 2007 the Company purchased 1.000 shares, with average cost price 12,66 per share and total purchase price 12.660,00
On November 19, 2007 the Company purchased 2.950 shares, with average cost price 12,44 per share and total purchase price 36.691,00
On November 20, 2007 the Company purchased 2.700 shares, with average cost price 11,99 per share and total purchase price 32.366,00
On November 21, 2007 the Company purchased 2.790 shares, with average cost price 11,73 per share and total purchase price 32.736,40
