ANNOUNCEMENT

LAMDA Development S.A. announces that according to article 40 of Law 3342/2005, the acquisition of the plot on which the Shopping Center "The Mall – Athens" has been developed in Maroussi, was completed on the 2nd of February 2006 from the Workers’ Housing Organisation (Organismos Ergatikis Katikias – OEK) to the subsidiary company LAMDA Olympia Village S.A.
