Completion of the selection process for provision of “Early Contractor Involvement” (ECI) services for the Marina Residential Tower

LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that the process, for the selection of the pre-construction management consultant that will provide pre-construction management services in the form of “Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)” for the development of the Marina Residential Tower, has been completed.

The consultant will be the Joint Venture between Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat, a partnership between one of the leading international contractors with a very good reputation and experience in the Design, and Construction of High End, High Rise Residential Buildings, with one of the leading Greek Contractors in the field of infrastructure and buildings construction.

The Joint Venture will offer pre-construction management services in the form of “Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)” to assist the Company in the design, planning, procurement, logistics, and construction management, in preparation for the construction of the project.
