 On the occasion of various publications in recent days and in order to ensure proper and valid information for the investing public, Lamda Development S.A. (the Company) announces that:

1. According to the information available and concerning the Special Spatial Plan for the greater area of The Mall Athens, the Council of State has completed the legislative drafting of the Draft Presidential Decree, which was sent by the Ministry of Environment and Energy on the subject "Approval of a Special Spatial Plan (SPA) in the area of the former Olympic Village of the Municipality of Maroussi (Prefecture Attica) and determination of land uses, building terms and restrictions, environmental approval of the Special Spatial Plan, approval of its Road Design Implementation Plan (RDIP) and validation of stream boundaries.” The relevant opinion, by which the 5th Section of the Council of State found to be lawful this draft presidential decree, has already been forwarded to the relevant Ministry of Environment and Energy for further action.
2. The possible listing of the subsidiary Lamda Malls S.A. on the ATHEX is one of the many and potential options that the Company is considering in the context of its strategic planning, yet to be decided.

The Company will promptly inform the investing public and the supervisory authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation.
