ANNOUNCEMENTS OF REGULATED INFORMATION – TRANSACTIONS NOTIFICATION

LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company), in accordance with the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on July 3, 2014:

· Mr. Zisimos Danilatos, Development Director (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 17,500 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase, at a total amount of euro 8,940.00.

· Mr. Theodore Glavas, a related entity with Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Asset Management Director of the Company (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 5,455 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase, at a total amount of euro 3,109.35.
