ANNOUNCEMENTS OF REGULATED INFORMATION – TRANSACTIONS NOTIFICATION

LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company), in accordance with the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on July 4, 2014 :

· Mr. Theodore Glavas, a related entity with Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Asset Management Director of the Company (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 3,971 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase , at a total amount of euro 1,786.95 .

· Mr. Zisimos Danilatos, Development Director (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 10,000 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase, at a total amount of euro 4,720.00.

· Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Asset Management Director (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 4,500 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase, at a total amount of euro 2,205.00.

· Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Tresurer, IR & Risk Management Director (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 9,500 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increase, at a total amount of euro 4,760.75.

· Mr. Vasilios Baloumis, Financial Director (bound person according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 12,000 Company’s pre emption rights to the Share Capital Increases, at a total amount of euro 5,435.00.
