LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on November 26, 2019:

- Mr. Theodoros Gavriilidis, Chief Investment Officer, LAMDA Malls of the Company, acquired 17,000 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.529 euro, with total amount of 127,990.00 euro

- Mr. Dimitrios Zontanos, Development Director, Greece, Project "Hellinikon" Director of the Company, acquired 10,000 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.500 euro, with total amount of 75,000.00 euro

- Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Financial & Administration Director of the Company, acquired 15,000 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.500 euro, with total amount of 112,500.00 euro

- Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Treasury & Investor Relations Director of the Company, acquired 6,000 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.500 euro, with total amount of 45,000.00 euro

- Mrs. Mary Papakonstantinou, Chief Internal Auditor of the Company, acquired 6,600 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.500 euro, with total amount of 49,500.00 euro
