 LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on December 2, 2019 Mrs. Alexandra Papageorgiou, HR Director of the Company, acquired 11,500 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase at an average price of 0.4791 euro, with total amount of 5,510.00 euro
