Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

LAMDA Development S.A., (the “Company”) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on the 23rd December 2019, the following persons acquired Company’s registered common shares with voting rights due to their participation in the share capital increase of the Company:
• The company “CONSOLIDATED LAMDA HOLDINGS S.A.” (“CLH”) acquired 49,113,097 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 329,057,749.90 euros. CLH is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Fotios Antonatos, Non Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
• The company “VOXCOVE HOLDINGS LIMITED” (“VOXCOVE”) acquired 9,706,144 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 65,031,164.80 euros. VOXCOVE is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Ioannis Karagiannis, Non Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
• The company “AEGEAN AIRLINES SOCIETE ANONYME” (“AEGEAN”) acquired 1,606,138 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 10,761,124.60 euros. AEGEAN is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, Non Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
