• On January 27, 2020, acquired 30,000 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 8.29482 euro and with total amount of 248,844.53 euro
• On January 28, 2020, acquired 30,000 at an average price of 8.29907 euro and with total amount of 248,971.97euro.
