LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou, CEO of the Company,

• Οn the 25th February, 2020 acquired 30,000 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 7.465391 euro and with total amount of 223,961.73 euro.
• Οn the 26th February, 2020 acquired 70,000 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 7.320529 euro and with total amount of 512,437.03 euro.
