Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mrs. Alexandra Papageorgiou, Chief HR Officer of the Company:

• Οn the 30^th July, 2020 acquired 500 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 5.7 euro and with total amount of 2,850.00 euro.
• Οn the 31^st July, 2020 acquired 500 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 5.67 euro and with total amount of 2,835.00 euro.
• Οn the 3^rd August, 2020 acquired 740 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 5.65 euro and with total amount of 4,181.00 euro.
