LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD:

• Οn 20.10.2022 purchased 2,210 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €5.85 per share and for a total consideration of €12,928.50.

• On 21.10.2022 purchased 9,790 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €5.85 per share and for a total consideration of €57.247,03.
