(the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on 09.10.2023 Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou, the Company’s CEO, purchased 170 Stock Futures expiring in December 2023 with the Company’s shares as the underlying product. Each contract size is 100 shares. The total transaction consideration amounts to €101,660.00 with an average price of €5.98.
