Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on 11.12.2023 Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded to a rollover of 200 Stock Futures contracts, with the Company’s shares as the underlying product, expiring in December 2023 (total transaction consideration €136,000 and average price €6.80), into a new expiry date in March 2024 (total transaction consideration €138,200 and average price €6.91). Each contract size is 100 shares.
