(the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded to the following transactions:

  • On 07.08.2024 purchased 55 Stock Futures expiring in September 2024 with the Company’s shares as the underlying product. Each contract size is 100 shares. The total transaction consideration amounts to €38,804.15 with an average price of €7.0553.

  • On 08.08.2024 purchased 35 Stock Futures expiring in September 2024 with the Company’s shares as the underlying product. Each contract size is 100 shares. The total transaction consideration amounts to €24,675.00 with an average price of €7.05.
