LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on 17.09.2024 Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded to a rollover of 272 Stock Futures contracts, with the Company’s shares as the underlying product, expiring in September 2024 (total transaction consideration €193,868.00 and average price €7.13), into a new expiry date in December 2024 (total transaction consideration €196,186.80 and average price €7.21). Each contract size is 100 shares.
