LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on 16.12.2024 Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded to a rollover of 272 Stock Futures contracts, with the Company’s shares as the underlying product, expiring in December 2024 (total transaction consideration €195,840.00 and average price €7.20), into a new expiry date in March 2025 (total transaction consideration €197.988,80 and average price €7.28). Each contract size is 100 shares.
