LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Christos Nikolopoulos, Chief Operating Officer, proceeded to the following transactions:

On 17.12.2024 sold 17,198 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €7.14 per share and for a total consideration of €122,843.58.
On 20.12.2024 sold 5,397 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €7.14 per share and for a total consideration of €38,528.66.
