Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. on October 29, 2008 acquired 27.500 Companys registered common shares with total amount of euro 93.584,40.
It is noted that Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. is pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 a related legal entity with Messrs. F. Antonatos, E.L. Bussetil, P. Kalantzis and A. Tamvakakis. Messrs F. Antonatos, E. Bussetil, P. Kalantzis are non executive members of the Companys Board of Directors, while Mr. A. Tamvakakis is Chairman and CEO of the Company.
