LAMDA Development S.A. announces that the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 14.11.2014, as amended by the Amendment dated 19.07.2016, concerning the sale of 100% of the shares of the company under the distinctive title "HELLINIKON S.A.”
was ratified on the 21st September 2016 by the Greek Parliament and has acquired the force of law.
