LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. in the framework of its existing strategy, in concentrating its activities in the area of shopping centers, as well as the redevelopment of the Hellinikon project, announces the sale of the ownership that its 100% subsidiary LAMDA Estate Development S.A. held in the office building Kronos Business Center in Maroussi, for a total consideration of €6.5 mil.
