Announcement - Response to Hellenic Capital Market Commission's letter, publication comments

In response to the letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission dated 27.02.2006, regarding the publication of "AXIA" newspaper, according to which "According to rumors, 50% of The Mall was sold by LAMDA Development .", we hereby state that no agreement has been concluded for the transfer of any percentage holding in the shopping centre "The Mall". In case such or other important agreement is concluded, the Company will announce it in accordance to the relevant regulations.
