Announcement for the termination of the market making

LAMDA Development Holding and Real Estate Development Company listed in the Athens Exchange announces to the investors, that the contract of the market making with the member of Athens Exchange “National P&K Securities” will be terminated.

It must be noted that the Athens Exchange with its resolution dated 22/01/2009, has accepted the resignation of the member of Athens Exchange “National P&K Securities” to act as market maker on the Company’s shares.

The last day of the market making will be January 26^th, 2009.
