Clarifications regarding the Use of Proceeds Report at 31/12/2019

The company LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. hereby notifies the investors about the following:
The Company pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders dated 10/10/2019 and in accordance with its Board decision dated 21/11/2019, increased its share capital in cash and pre-emption right in favor of existing shareholders. The total raised funds amounted to €650,000,098.00.
According to the Report on the Use of Proceeds for the period of 17/12/2019-31/12/2019, which was published on 7/4/2019, the remaining unutilized proceeds as at 31/12/2019 amounted to €636,931k.
The Company with this announcement notifies that these proceeds were placed at 31/12/2019 either in term deposits or in sight deposits, in accordance with the provisions of the information provided by the Information Memorandum.
