Financial Calendar 2018
LAMDA Development S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1., par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2018 as follows:
-Release of fiscal year 2017 results and teleconference: Wednesday, March 28, 2018
-Release of first quarter 2018 results and teleconference: Wednesday, May 30, 2018
-Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Thursday, June 14, 2018
-Release of first semester 2018 results and teleconference: Thursday, September 6, 2018
-Release of nine months 2018 results and teleconference: Thursday, November 29, 2018
The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2017 financial results, will be conducted by the Company on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
The Company’s Board of Directors intends to propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017 at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
Τhe results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company’s web site (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr)
