Financial Calendar 2020 Amendment
Lamda Development S.A. (the Company) following its announcement dated 2.4.2020 regarding the Financial Calendar of 2020, pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, announces to investors that on Tuesday 7th April 2020, along with the release of the fiscal year 2019 financial results, a teleconference to analysts was also held. The presentation is uploaded to the Company’s web site (www.lamdadev.com) and to the website of Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).
It is further noted that, according to the Company’s announcement dated 18.5.2020, the Annual Briefing to Analysts and Institutional Investors with physical presence, regarding fiscal year 2019 financial results, originally set for May 20th, 2020 was postponed due to the extraordinary restrictive measures in force for the spread of covid-19 disease.
