LAMDA Development continues to implement its plan

to upgrade Mediterranean COSMOS.

The shopping center welcomes Attica Department Stores

The presence of Attica Department stores which will open to the public till March 2012 will become a point of reference for the market of Thessaloniki and will strengthen further more the range of the tenant’s mix of Mediterranean Cosmos with upscale brands.

LAMDA Development (*) following its investment of €80 millions that took place on November 2010 for the acquisition of 100% of the shopping center and the full control of its management, started immediately the implementation of its strategic planning in order to upgrade the center and includes:

- The reinforcement of its tenant mix, with ATTICA to constitute the most recent addition in the last six months, during which, the following brands have already been added H&M, INTERSPORT, DPAM, LAPIN HOUSE, YAMAMAY, JENNYFER, I-BANK of the National Bank of Greece, MULTIRAMA and VODAFONE.

- Aesthetic and architectural interventions which are on the stage of planning and the assignment of relevant studies.

- Improvements in the parking area which target to the improvement of the traffic regulation, security and lighting

- A new communication and marketing campaign which targets to maintain the high traffic of the center and its further increase as well as the upgrade of the offered services.
