LAMDA Development Group consolidates its corporate identity
LAMDA Development Group proceeds in the consolidation of its corporate identity by putting all its subsidiaries under the strategic umbrella of the parent company. The Groups Board of Directors decided to homogenize the brands of its subsidiaries by re-branding them as follows: DIMIOYRGIA S.A. to LAMDA Estate Development S.A., HEPHAESTUS HELLAS SHIPYARDS to LAMDA Shipyards & Marine Services S.A. and OLYMPIA S.A. to LAMDA Prime Properties S.A. This reform signals the beginning of a dynamic period of operational growth with new projects of domestic infrastructures in land, air, and sea.
The new corporate identity offers added value to the Group by consolidating all individual companies activities under the Groups umbrella; therefore, a uniform corporate identity is created with a more clear description of subsidiaries activities.
The CEO of the Group, Mr. Lambros Anagnostopoulos, stated: the homogenization of the Groups subsidiaries brands came up as a necessity during a dynamic period of excessive growth of all companies activities. By using one brand name in all subsidiaries of the Group we inform the public on our companies activities towards a joint direction.
Our subsidiaries activities are summarized as follows:
LAMDA Estate Development S.A. is an estate development company, which acts in Project Management, Construction Management, Project Development and provision of related services.
LAMDA Shipyards and Marine Services S.A. is a modern ship-repairing unit that provides a complete range of specialized services of maintenance, repair, and re-construction of big sized ships like mega yachts, commercial ships and any other kind of navigable vessels. The company owns coastal property with port facilities of significant value, infrastructure and equipment.
LAMDA Prime Properties S.A. is a real estate company, which owns property of high specifications.
