LAMDA Development represented for the second year in succession at the International Real Estate Exhibition & Conference 2001

For the second year in succession LAMDA Development is making its own important contribution to the holding of the Real Estate International Property & Development Exhibition & Conference, to be held from 29 to 31 October at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel.

Following last year’s successful event, the objective for 2001 is to bring together once again the agencies, executives and businesses engaged in the real estate sector, while emphasising the international character of the exhibition and conference, making Athens a central point of reference for the Balkans and a focus for new opportunities in the broader region of south-eastern Europe.

LAMDA Development will be represented among the conference speakers by Mr. Panayiotis Nikolaou, Development Director of Dimiourgia S.A. (100%-owned by LAMDA Development), a real estate development and management company, active in Project Management, Construction Management, Project Development and the provision of related services. Mr. Nikolaou will speak on contemporary trends in the development of the Greek and international real estate markets, sharing with other delegates some of his valuable experience in a sector which is characterised by continuous change, especially in view of our country’s entry into the Euro-zone.
