LAMDA Estate Development (100% owned by LAMDA Development) is developing a modern building complex with an area of 10,000 m2 on Avra and Gounaris streets in Kifissia. The goal of the investment is to develop a housing complex that offers a truly unique design, innovative aesthetics and a high standard of living while simultaneously providing an important long-term investment.
The site is located on one of the few remaining large plots of land in Kefalari, covering an area of approximately 10,000 m2. The project is already under construction and developing rapidly with the goal of creating an upscale building complex with high standards.
