Appointment of Chief Operating Officer (COO)

LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, announces that Mr. Christos Nikolopoulos has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Christos Nikolopoulos is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He has held management positions related to Strategy and Finance at NBGI Private Equity and at TITAN S.A. He has been employed at LAMDA Development since July 2008, while until September 2022 he held the position of the Chief Asset Management Officer.
