Notification concerning changes in voting rights (L.3556/2007)

LAMDA Development S.A. (the Issuer) announces, in accordance with the provision of article 14 Law 3556/2007, after relevant notification from Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. that on July 12, 2012, its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has increased from 58,691% (latest notification 3.10.2011) to 61,932%.

The previous day preceding the critical transaction, Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. held 27.193.054 voting rights in total, which corresponded to 61,444% of the Issuer's total voting rights.
