Participation in a Convention Center

LAMDA Development announces its 11,7% participation in the share capital of the company Athens Metropolitan Expo S.A. which through a concession agreement is developing and will operate the new Exhibition and Convention Center that will be constructed in the premises of the Athens International Airport. The Center will have leasable areas of 50.000 sqm and is anticipated to open to the public during the last quarter of 2008. The total investment cost will reach aprox. € 32 million.
