Plof of Land (logistics) Romania

LAMDA Development S.A. has acquired 90% of the share capital of “Robies Services Ltd” a Cypriot company, which owns 100% of a Romanian company that holds a 95.000 sqm plot of land in the western part of Bucharest. The total price of the above transaction is € 2.6 million.

The plot of land is situated on the 23^rd klm of the Bucharest – Pitesti highway and is one of the few plots left of such size that have facade to the national road. This specific area is rapidly developing and includes the largest logistic spaces (more than 400.000 sqm). In this plot, the Company will develop logistic spaces of 47.500 sqm according to the current building coefficient. The cost of this project will reach approximately €23 million
