(the “Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, hereby informs the investing public that on 06.07.2023 it hosted a presentation (at The Ellinikon Experience Centre, and virtually through a webcast), in the context of the 2023 Investor Day, to institutional investors and analysts, regarding the Company’s strategy and financial outlook.

The Company’s CEO, Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou and members of the executive management team, presented the Company’s strategy/investment plan as well as the financial outlook.
