LAMDA Development S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), following written and electronic publication, as well as in response to inquiry received from the HCMC, clarifies the following:

In the framework of exploring new potential cooperations in the sector of real estate and implementing its strategy over the past years, the Company has proceeded to preliminary discussions – among others – also with Grivalia Properties REIC. In any case, the Company has not entered yet in specific negotiations nor a timetable for the completion of such discussions has been determined.

The Company will promptly proceed according to law, without delay, to all the necessary announcements for the correct and complete information to investors.
