Risk Management Unit

The Company's Risk Management Unit is dedicated to significantly enhancing our modern operational framework across all organizational levels. Its primary role is to identify, assess and manage risks encountered by the Company. This unit also ensures that the risks taken by various company departments align with the risk appetite and tolerance thresholds established by the top management. 

The Risk Management Unit reports operationally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Operations Department. The specific duties and responsibilities of this unit are outlined in its Operating Regulations.
